Building an assortment that actually turns

Reading a quotation properly
Payment terms for new accounts are normally a deposit with the balance against the bill of lading. Established buyers on a repeat schedule can move to terms after three clean shipments.
We publish a realistic band of 3.33 to 9.61 per unit for standard configurations at 120 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.

Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 120 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
How long does production take?
Around 22 working days after artwork approval for stock configurations, plus transit. Custom runs add roughly a week for tooling and a physical dummy. We confirm the date in writing on the order acknowledgement.
